” Qalyeh” ( or fish stew ) is one of the most delicious food in south of Iran. Now , make this food with chicken specially for diabetics.
|Vegetables (fenugreek and coriander in ratio of one to two)||two cups|
|tamarind||half of a packet|
|Tomato juice||half tablespoon|

|Garlic||four large cloves|

How to make chicken “Qalyeh” for diabetics:
We soak tamarind in two cups of boiling water for one hour and we pass it from the strainer and put it away.
Fry onion with a little oil, then add chopped garlic and cook it.
After that, add tamarind to and let it cook with low heat.
We cut chicken as strip heading and roll it. Then, fix chicken parts together by toothpick.
Finally, we take toothpicks out and put them in stew. Add a little brewed saffron and let it to make ready.
